Novark Education (“Novark”, “we”, “our”) provides an AI-powered tutoring platform that connects students with artificial intelligence tutors and verified human tutors. Our services include voice and text-based AI tutoring, interactive whiteboard collaboration, document analysis, session recordings, and progress tracking across 78+ subjects and 5 curricula (CAIE, SAT, AP, IB, and General).
You must create an account to use Novark. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One person may not maintain multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Novark account. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent. Parents can create accounts on behalf of children under 13 through the Parent Dashboard. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.
You agree not to: use the platform to cheat on exams or academic assessments; share account credentials with others; harass, abuse, or threaten other users or tutors; upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform; use automated tools to scrape or access the service; impersonate another person or entity.
Nova, our AI tutor, provides educational guidance using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. AI responses are for learning purposes only and should not be treated as definitive answers. Always verify important information with your teacher, textbook, or other authoritative sources. Novark is not responsible for academic outcomes based on AI tutoring.
Free tier accounts are free forever with usage limits. Paid subscriptions (Starter, Premium, Pro) are billed monthly or annually as selected. Pay As You Go (PAYG) accounts are billed based on actual usage at the end of each billing cycle. All prices are in USD. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. Add-on purchases (voice top-ups, human sessions) are non-refundable after use.
Novark owns all rights to the platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding. Content you upload (documents, notes) remains yours. Session transcripts and AI-generated summaries are licensed to you for personal educational use. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit content generated by Novark.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free AI responses, or specific academic outcomes. We are not a substitute for professional educational instruction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, academic performance, or revenue, arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
